- Proven experience in leading technical teams and developing technical strategies.
- Deep understanding of Linux and open source technologies, including graphics, system architecture, and security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in programming languages such as C, C++, and Rust.
- Ability to travel occasionally for company events and meetings.
