About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and leadership skills to drive growth and expansion in this key market.
As a Marketplace Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and manage key accounts, while leading a team of business development managers. You will work closely with the sales team to develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and present compelling Amazon solutions.
This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within executive teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing sales teams and a proven track record of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage key accounts
- Lead a team of business development managers to achieve sales targets
