About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic Sales Director with a strong growth mindset to lead our sales team in Mexico. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence.
Candidates must have proven experience in the security and surveillance industry in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Lead, develop, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to strengthen Hanwha Vision's market presence.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer pipelines to generate key business insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute targeted sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the security or surveillance industry
- Strong understanding of the security market in Mexico, including trends and regulations
- Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to foster client relationships and close deals
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
