About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Supervisor to join our Juarez Team at CommScope. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business and technical support to users of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP.
  • Establish and maintain close communication with Product Managers, Master Scheduler & Supply Chain Department to define material procurement strategies.
  • Request information on future demands or demand peaks to procure capacity and materials.
  • Responsible for achieving the objectives of the organization, maintaining communication, and working with teams involved (Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to establish required capacity.
  • Follow up on production plans established based on demand and customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Assist in audit plans in SAP.
  • Orient technically and functionally the users.
  • Generate reports of system indicators.
  • Provide training.
  • Perform functional tests of the system.
  • Define the master plan in the short and medium term based on current demands and forecast established by the Product Manager and Master Scheduler.
