We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Kellogg. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Anaplan Specialization: You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Anaplan models, including the People Cost model, Annual Bonus model, and Balance Sheet model.
- US Finance Process: You will perform day-to-day, month-end close, and strategic period activities that are crucial for our KNA Finance process, including validations, troubleshooting, enhancements, feeds, and reporting.
- Systems Implementation and Continuous Improvement: As a member of our Financial Systems team, you will understand the data flow between our systems, including SAP, Anaplan, and BPC, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Best Practices: You will be responsible for implementing and improving our finance processes related to these tools, proposing best practices, and promoting Kellanova's ways of working.
- Compliance, Validation, Standardization & Collaboration: You will consistently meet compliance measures and achieve service level agreements, validate data in Anaplan systems, and collaborate with our Global Financial Systems team to standardize processes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a technology-related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- At least 1 year in the same position at Kellogg.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, SAP, and Anaplan or other financial systems.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
- English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
