Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Leader to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in our Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

This role involves managing teams of technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations staff to ensure process stability and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements.
  • Manage teams to ensure process stability and meet SQCDSM targets.
  • Own technology and process expertise for equipment and process settings.
  • Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans.
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts.
  • Partner with Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM standards on dedicated equipment and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.

You should have the capability to lead a Role for the Line, qualify and coach next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach.

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering is required. Experience in maintenance leadership and technical roles is essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
