About the Role
Cemex Operaciones Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digitalization Coordinator to lead and oversee our Scanning and Indexing Team responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless processing of invoices, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Scanning and Indexing Team.
- Ensure the accurate and timely scanning, indexing, and electronic storage of supplier invoices.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the invoice processing workflow.
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing training and support as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the scanning and indexing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of invoice data into the company's accounting and finance systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance, productivity, and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document management, scanning, and indexing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in coordinating a team in a similar role.
- Knowledge of supplier invoice processing and accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP system.
Working Conditions
Standard working hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
