About the Role

The Creative Brand Solutions Coordinator will serve as a project manager for high-profile advertising clients on Warner Bros. Discovery's content environment, overseeing the execution of sponsorship and branded content campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management for sponsorship and branded content campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and implement action plans, timetables, and checklists to guide team members, departments, and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and production houses to ensure production meets the highest standards and adheres to clients' and editorial guidelines.
  • Manage project resources, budget, and timeline to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, broadcasting, or production industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Broad knowledge of multiplatform content, including movies, series, digital content, TV, OTT, and advertising.
  • Ability to promote and facilitate coordination and cooperation among peers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for entertainment and content production.
  • Experience with advertising and brand solutions.
  • Agile methodology experience.
