Lead Creative Strategist for Brand Partnerships

Position Overview:
The Brand Partnership Studio's mission is to enable brands to genuinely connect with live audiences, primarily on Twitch.

As the Senior Creative Strategist, you will oversee a dedicated team in Mexico, acting as both the creative and operational leader for the region.

Your role will be crucial in advancing the Brand Partnership Studio's objectives for our clients in Mexico. As a manager, you will motivate and guide strategist contractors throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Utilizing your extensive creative background, you will collaborate with clients to maximize their use of Twitch in achieving their business goals.


Key Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and approximately 5-10 years of experience on a dedicated creative team within an agency, brand, or platform.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branded content work, along with refined creative instincts and high standards for campaign execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with the RFP process, including brief analysis and problem-solving for brands.
  • Understanding of Twitch, the influencer landscape, branded content, and the digital advertising sector.
  • Experience in presenting creative ideas to clients and confidence in pitching to senior stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a creative agency setting.
  • A passion for Twitch, gaming, and esports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling proposals in response to client RFPs that align with brand needs while leveraging Twitch's platform, products, and talent.
  • Participate in client meetings, pitches, and collaborative sessions to educate and advocate for Twitch among advertising clients.
  • Effectively communicate high-level concepts and proposals to sellers, media agencies, and clients.
  • Conceptualize campaigns in a dynamic, collaborative setting while managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
  • Lead your team to enhance their skills and ensure all delivered concepts meet Amazon's high standards.
About the Team:
The Brand Partnership Studio is Amazon Advertising's in-house content and technology team, dedicated to the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology initiatives on Twitch.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in driving effective creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in building cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategies and insights that inform compelling creative executions.
  • Proven track record in leading the creative development process from concept to delivery.
  • Experience managing creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and external agencies.
  • Ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives.
  • Experience managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
