**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in customer project management and industrial manufacturing sales processes.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, and CRM systems, like Oracle or Salesforce.
  • PMI certification is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, a background in plastics, automotive, electronics, or medical device industries would be beneficial. Additionally, experience with Access and a strong understanding of CRM systems would be an asset.
