This is a critical role for Hutchinson, requiring a highly skilled and experienced HRIS System Coordinator to support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules for all Mexico sites.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including proper implementation of processes, new modules, and data quality and consistency of ongoing production for all Mexico sites.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
- Provide training to all levels of the organization as required.
- Work with HR Leaders and HRConnect Europe to ensure proper permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users and managers.
- Advance report writing and analysis experience is required.
- Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, information services, managers, and employees, for implementation, change management, and training.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of personal data is maintained within the system for user and user access.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS technology.
- Work with the HRIS Project Leader to change communications, timelines for deployment in Mexico, and action plans to drive their success.
- Daily project management regarding the system.
- Work as the Liaison between the HRIS Project Leader and the Mexico HRC team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
- At least three years of related experience required.
- Must have advanced experience with people and systems change management.
- Expert level Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and HRIS data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
- Ability to adapt, understand and effectively communicate among diverse cultures.
- Strong project management skills, going from diagnostic to implementation.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
