- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with process engineers to implement new projects and technologies.
- Support the installation of new equipment and standards, ensuring compliance with LEGO safety rules.
- Contribute to the development of process engineer solutions and visual aids.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical degree or unfinished engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Basic level of proficiency in PC applications (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Manual tools handling skills.
- English language skills (beginner level).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
