Technical Support Specialist

At Nezda Technologies Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide technical support to our Australian Internet and home phone customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with home internet setup, Wi-Fi, and speed.
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone.
- Escalate faults to relevant teams as needed.
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of experience in Telecommunications BPO/Call Center is preferred.
- High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Host Certificate is required.
- 2 years of units/subjects in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline is an advantage.
- Experience with telecommunications or mobile or computer network account supporting copper, cable, or fiber internet technologies is an advantage.
- Able to work in a hybrid setup and undergo training onsite.
