At Nezda Technologies Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide technical support to our Australian Internet and home phone customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with home internet setup, Wi-Fi, and speed.
  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone.
  • Escalate faults to relevant teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in Telecommunications BPO/Call Center is preferred.
  • High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Host Certificate is required.
  • 2 years of units/subjects in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline is an advantage.
  • Experience with telecommunications or mobile or computer network account supporting copper, cable, or fiber internet technologies is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup and undergo training onsite.
