- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a cloud-based or internet technology company
- Strong understanding of internet technologies, including the OSI model and network protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues, BGP routing, and GRE tunnels
- Proficiency in command-line tools, including curl, dig, traceroute, and openssl
- Experience with web development and hosting environments, such as Apache, Nginx, and IIS
- Familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services
- Experience with popular CRM/CMS solutions
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Spanish, and Portuguese
