Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers.
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or similar fields.
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
