We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Cost Control to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in managing budgets and controlling project costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to manage budgets and control project costs
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties, including managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Control all administrative aspects related to the area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role
- Advanced English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
