Job Summary

The Citigold Relationship Banker is a developing professional role that requires a strong understanding of financial services and private client coverage. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management
    • Review client needs and asset allocation to identify opportunities for growth and development.
    • Proactively engage with clients to validate their understanding of their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Advise clients on fee-based products and services to enhance their relationships with Citi.
    • Review product penetration for assigned clients and identify opportunities to increase sales.
    • Ensure comprehensive coverage of all client relationships through regular engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
    • Organize client events to foster strong relationships and enhance client bonding.
    • Acquire new CitiGold customers through referral leads and conversion.
  • Compliance, Risk & Controls
    • Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
    • Fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or private client coverage.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Mandatory certifications for selling financial products, such as AMIB Figura 3.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
