Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily route plans for last-mile delivery routes, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with local sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of daily routes.
  • Promote continuous process improvement and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality routing solutions for last-mile delivery routes across multiple markets using Omnitracs Roadnet.
  • Collect and process local operational data, resources, and constraints to inform routing decisions.
  • Support the development of best practices and standards for routing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
  • English language proficiency (professional working level) and Portuguese language skills (desirable).
