Job Summary

We are seeking a Materials Support Coordinator to receive and deliver materials within and outside the company, maintaining accurate records of inventory flow. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with departments to meet scheduled commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and deliver materials, maintaining accurate records of inventory flow

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with departments as needed
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Secondary education completed
  • Flexibility with scheduling
  • Responsibility, sense of urgency, and intermediate-level Excel skills
