**About the Role**

At Equivity, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Coordinator to support our high-performing business brokers and facilitate the sales process from initial listing to deal closure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on listings, potential buyers, and transaction status.
  • Oversee the listing process, including coordinating documents, scheduling interviews with sellers, and working with agents to create a comprehensive listing strategy.
  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective buyers, filtering and narrowing down the list of serious buyers to optimize deal flow for agents.
  • Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to manage the escrow and closing process, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and submitted, deadlines are met, and ongoing communication is maintained.
  • Provide high-level support to agents by assisting with client inquiries, managing follow-ups, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating communication between all parties involved in a sale.
  • Play a key role in assisting brokers with deal closings and earn commissions for every sale completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of each deal, ensure all documentation is completed on time, and update agents on the status of each transaction.

**Requirements**

  • 2 years in a client-facing coordination or support role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals, deadlines, and communications simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems, document management software, and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Advanced English, both written and verbal.

**What We Offer**

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • $18,000 pesos per month.
