About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect - Automation to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, and systems analysts to gather requirements and develop architectural blueprints that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and translate business, information, and technical requirements into comprehensive solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms.
  • Develop enterprise-level solutions that leverage cloud technologies, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to develop cloud modernization strategies that align with our organization's business and cloud strategy.
  • Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions, exploring alternative approaches to meet business needs.
  • Analyze the IT environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision to ensure solutions meet their intended purpose.
  • Develop roadmaps for the evolution of application portfolios from current to future states.
  • Provide technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of solutions as part of product and project delivery.
  • Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and design standard software configurations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect with strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Detailed understanding of network, data, security, and application architecture, along with associated best practices and technologies.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with public and private cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • Experience in providing solutions using MS Power Platform.
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and government regulations to develop conceptual network designs.
  • Experience in architecting solutions related to IoT deployment and micro-segmentation.
  • Good understanding of network devices, security, and capabilities from industry-leading vendors.
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management facilitation at the program, portfolio, and executive levels.
  • Expert knowledge in technologies, client-server, and database-related mission-critical business projects.
  • Mentorship and knowledge training skills to team members, report design best practices, coding standards, etc.
  • Significant experience in application and data architecture domains.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative style and ability to influence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts and technical information to both non-technical and technical staff.
  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for user experience and their success.
  • Flexible by nature, able to find workarounds when needed.
