The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining project scope and specifications, estimating resources required to develop the proposed solution, and developing schedules, test plans, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and specifications, estimating resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer requirements and developing schedules, test plans, and documentation.
  • Ensure specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development teams and monitor timelines and progress.
  • Gather requirements and specifications from clients and users in conjunction with the sales team to gain a strong understanding of client expectations.
  • Identify potential issues between systems and client specifications and propose new solutions.
  • Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies.
  • Provide clients with regular feedback and updates on projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex sales engagements.
  • Review proposals and estimates from vendors and ensure that external solutions work with internal development projects.

Requirements

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a Solution Architect role.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You have working knowledge of technical solution architecture.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
