We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Continental Automotive Guadalajara México, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Tlaquepaque. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for introducing new equipment and processes for automotive electronic devices, ensuring they meet local and corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities- Introduce new equipment and processes for automotive electronic devices, adhering to local and corporate standards.
- Source new equipment and technology to support manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement process characterization and control definitions, including SPC.
- Support the definition of acceptance criteria for processes.
- Perform Process Capability Analysis (pPCA), Machine Capability Analysis (MCA), and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Provide technical support to internal teams, including maintenance and process teams.
- Document process parameter changes in defined documents and tools.
- Implement engineering changes (ECRs) as requested by internal customers.
- Certify knowledge in relevant documents and support the definition and update of the PFMEA document.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process of quality KPIs.
- Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar education.
- More than 5 years of experience in the Electronic Automotive Industry.
- More than 5 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance or Manufacturing/Testing Processes.
- More than 4 years of experience in introducing new equipment and processes for manufacturing.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing Technologies Development, Launching, and Improvement.
- Digital Skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Conflicts Resolution.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
