We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Yanfeng Automotive. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for optimizing our freight network, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce inbound freight costs and improve delivery times.
- Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure seamless freight operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Analyze freight data to optimize mode selection, routing, and consolidation.
- Develop and maintain freight classification and payment processes to ensure accurate accruals and payments.
- Provide tactical support for premium freight and plant operations.
- Contribute to the development of annual freight profit plans and support Controllers and Material Managers in their efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
