As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our customers, working closely with our teams to ensure that every query, concern, or issue is addressed promptly and professionally.
Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that may arise.
Build strong relationships with each customer, taking the time to understand their needs and concerns.
Assist customers in using our platform, empowering them to become self-sufficient and confident in their abilities.
Contribute to our customer retention efforts, working closely with our teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Communicate effectively with our customers, ensuring that our values and brand voice are represented in every interaction.
Develop and maintain a range of training materials, including videos, articles, and checklists, to support our customers in their use of our platform.
Work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Billing, IT, and Product Marketing, to identify and implement process improvements.
Your Ideal Profile
Proficient in English (C1-C2 level)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Patience, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Understanding of technology and the internet
Previous experience in tech support or a related field (ideal)
Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities
In-depth knowledge of our products or services
Flexible schedule to accommodate U.S. and French-based clients
