We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Premier customers.
Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch technical support, guidance, and expertise to our customers. You will work closely with our global team to ensure seamless support experiences and resolve complex technical issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to Premier customers
- Work closely with the global team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate as necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Deep knowledge of Zendesk products and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
