About the Role

Valeo, a leading global technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Develop and implement supply chain concepts and strategies to support new product launches and business growth.
    • Manage supply chain activities, including logistics, transportation, and inventory management, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings opportunities.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.
    • Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project execution.
  • Supply Chain Optimization
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, including logistics, transportation, and inventory management.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to identify and implement cost savings opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
    • Develop and implement metrics and benchmarks to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Engineering school or equivalent degree.
      • APICS certification in Supply Chain Management.
    • Experience
      • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in project management, financial management, and leadership roles.
    • Skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
