**Position Purpose:** As a key member of the Autozone team, the Senior Building Designer will play a crucial role in the realization of feasibility studies and project development. This includes:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Elaboration of final design prototypes, remodels, and build-to-suit projects, consisting of architectural drawings, structural plans, plumbing facilities, electrical and civil drawings.
- Collaboration with the Construction, Legal, Permits, and Real Estate departments to ensure site polygon consistency with deeds and project contracts.
- Coordinating projects with the Construction and Contractors teams for proper monitoring and control of design changes during the construction process.
- Designing special projects, regional offices, distribution centers, and CAT offices, including plan preparation.
**Requirements:**
- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Architect, Civil Engineer.
- Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
- Type of Experience: Design, AutoCAD drawings, soils reports, and grading plans.
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Advance knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Other/Preferred: Proactive, negotiation skills, travel, organization.
