**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Carrier Operations Manager to lead our second shift team in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for after-hours carrier coverage and cross-border carrier operations, collaborating with U.S.-based leadership to ensure seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier teams to create team goals and expectations.
  • Answer call-ins and drive SOPs to cover freight and prevent fraud.
  • Problem-solve for cross-border carrier operations, including trailers stuck at the border.
  • Be the global point of contact for all after-hours carrier escalations and cross-border operations problem-solving.
  • Partner with Carrier and Client Success teams to anticipate and meet evolving needs of Carrier partners and Customer service levels.
  • Communicate daily with Carrier and Client Success managers to gather feedback.
  • Report feedback to managers on tough customers/carriers and issues within their departments.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Support continued growth of after-hours global services department in GDL.
  • Train a team of new Coverage Specialists in Logistics industry, Arrive Business Model, and proprietary software.
  • Evaluate Coverage Specialists' capabilities and collaborate with business leaders to determine career paths.
  • Set expectations for your team and ensure team leads meet/exceed goals through coaching and incentives.
  • Partner with management and Employee Success team to resolve employee issues and manage team performance.

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of Carrier Sales experience or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably managing teams of over 10 employees.
  • Passion for training and developing new Arrive employees.
  • Dynamic leader with bold presence and contagious attitude.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to sell into unique scenarios and teach basic sales skills to cover freight.
  • Willingness to work from office M-F 14:00-23:00 CST and have availability for all after-hours shifts (24/7).
  • Experience influencing teams in other offices/countries.
