Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment, including Solder Paste Printers, Pick and place machines, Ovens, Through Hole machines, AOI's, Solder mask machines, and Stencil cleaners.
- Ensure proper handling of Feeder cassettes and sensitive components to maintain optimal humidity levels.
- Monitor and analyze SMT metrics, including SPC, SMT Placement rate, OEE, and OTD, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, programmers, and technicians, to resolve process problems and implement process improvements.
- Maintain high-quality levels by adhering to ISO 9000 procedures and work instructions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process control profiles for the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
