Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Services Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive strategies for clinical trial management.
  • Project Monitoring
    • Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze and interpret complex medical data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems is advantageous.
