Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Marriott International in the Riviera Maya. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing guidance on financial matters.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in finance and accounting. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

• Managing general ledger processes, including account balancing and ledger reconciliation
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Providing guidance on financial policies and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
