We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning product unit costs, preparing budgets, and analyzing monthly deviations of material and overhead.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of product costs, including overhead cost centers impacting overall product team results (EBIT).
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and present quarterly forecasted and actual P&L results with regional and global business units.
- Cost Savings Initiatives: Support Value Stream to define and evaluate cost-saving measures, and lead product cost reduction project evaluations (RPP).
- Business Planning: Develop and maintain business plans, including unit costing and standard calculation.
- Quotations and Project Calculation: Prepare and present quotations and project calculations for existing and new business opportunities.
- Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking activities to support financial competitiveness of Robert Bosch Plant.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead type preparation and analysis, and actively participate in product and Value Stream KPIs to support target achievement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product cost controlling in the manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proactive, team player, and good communication skills.
- Technical Skills: SAP, MS Office, and Excel database knowledge.
