We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Agent to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our owner-operators, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Act as the primary point of contact for owner-operators, addressing any concerns or issues related to loads, locations, app-related problems, complaints, compensations, or mishaps that may occur during a load.
• Provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving driver issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Offer technical support to drivers, assisting them in navigating our app and resolving any app-related issues they may encounter.
• Ensure that drivers are compensated accurately and in accordance with our agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Manage all procedures and processes as outlined in our agreements with owner-operators, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Review daily reports to identify areas for improvement and address any emerging trends or recurring issues promptly.
• Foster and maintain strong business relationships with our drivers, promoting open communication and trust.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional English language proficiency (B2 minimum).
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM).
• Ease of transportation to our office.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or a related position.
• Extroverted personality.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow procedures.
**What We Offer**
