Debt Resolution Consultant

As a Debt Resolution Consultant for Remote Team Solutions, you will be working closely with customers to understand their financial situations and provide personalized recommendations for debt relief.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement consultative approaches to resolve customer debt issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure transparency and understanding of available options.
• Process electronic agreements and manage the lead pipeline, maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Organize and manage your schedule and lead database to meet performance metrics and goals.
• Document client interactions and update customer status in the system.
• Enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs, adhering to all compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in financial services or a willingness to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Results-driven and competitive, with a strong drive to excel and meet performance goals.
