Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join our team at Micron. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products, such as row hammer mitigation circuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Micron's various design and verification teams to develop groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions
  • Support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions
  • Design and optimize Memory/Logic IP, including parasitic modeling, behavior modeling, and design validation
  • Oversee and manage the layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing
  • Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators
  • Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success
Requirements
  • BSEE or greater, 3+ years of related experience preferred for senior and above
  • Productive and efficient time usage, leading to more effective work
  • Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas verbally or in written form
  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc)

  • RTL design/verification experience is preferred, familiarity with STA

About the Role

This role will be based on a combination of experience and education, and the level of the role will depend on your experience level. You can be an Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Principal Engineer.
