About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Circuit Design Engineer to join our team at Micron. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance digital and analog circuits for memory products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate manufacturability of products
  • Perform verification processes using industry-standard simulators
  • Oversee and manage the layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing
  • Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits
Requirements
  • BSEE or greater, 6+ years of related experience
  • Productive and efficient time usage, leading to more effective work
  • Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas verbally or in written form
What Sets You Apart
  • Design high-preference digital circuits with STA compliance
  • RTL experience is preferred
  • Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products
