Job Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Determining carrier ETA's for pickup and delivery, and flagging any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps
  • Entering valuable information into the system according to standard operating procedures (dispatching - loaded & empty verification - in-transit updates)
  • Resolving and troubleshooting for any issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment
  • Analyzing customer inquiries, making informed decisions, and providing quality and timely updates to the customer(s) as needed
