Commercial Agreement Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Agreement Manager to join our team at Jobgether. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships remotely from Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil.

In this role, you will negotiate pricing and contractual terms, draft amendments, and review contracts before submission. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success, retention, and growth, as well as manage service and maintenance agreements for existing accounts.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage revenue generation and client retention for assigned territories or named accounts
  • Draft, review, and amend contracts in collaboration with the legal team
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to ensure favorable conditions for both parties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful implementation and customer success

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of formal field sales experience in the target markets
  • Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and establish strong client relationships
  • Experience in working with different sales teams and handling shared territories
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for delivering impactful presentations
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude, and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
