Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a general NulRel strategy with all value streams, focusing on result-oriented and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular meetings with value stream teams and production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met.
  • Prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule to improve NulRel.
  • Support and promote safety in all aspects of the manufacturing facility.
  • Coordinate activities necessary to fulfill the production leveling schedule by line per shift, ensuring product quality requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Basic knowledge of movement and time.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin,...).
  • Customer requirements.
  • Moderation and communication/negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle people.
  • Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning.
  • Leadership.
  • Conflict management.
  • English advanced.
  • Manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer, or electronic engineering.
