As a Product Material Manager - Site Lead, you will be the primary interface to the Manufacturing Partner site, driving Supply Chain management and PCBA deliveries. This role supports one or more Business Units and requires strong knowledge of Supply Chain management processes and PCBA manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage Supply Chain processes and PCBA deliveries, orchestrating manufacturing operations and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the best value to our customers.
  • Daily management of build commits, prioritization according to key delivery milestones, and communication with critical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot different issues based on data analytics, understand various sets of data for quality & process control, and make informed decisions.
  • Cost and productivity management, including non-material spend, transformation cost review, and approval.
  • Material Management, ensuring timely and sufficient trigger internal and external suppliers, and understanding procurement process terminology.
  • Engineering Change Order management, excess and obsolete management, capacity analysis, and management according to forecast and different business needs.
  • Lead or engage in ongoing improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, BS Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, or equivalent experience working in the electronics supply chain manufacturing industry.
  • 10+ years of Manufacturing Supply Chain experience.
  • Customer impact-oriented, capable of connecting information into business outcomes, and resilient in a continuously changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, program management, analytical and communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing experience, ability to self-motivate, and strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in a diverse cultural and global work environment, mobilizing time and resources, and managing change.
