We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at HSBC. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining, testing, and implementing functional requirements for medium to large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements, benefits, and cost analysis using various methods, including interviews, document analysis, and requirements workshops.
- Develop project plans using tools that facilitate task listing, assignments, risks, tracking, and modification.
- Liaise between business and technology partners to ensure requirements are translated and understood by both parties.
- Deliver high-quality business requirements, process design documentation, cost-benefit analysis, and clear choice estimations.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years combined experience in technology, project management, banking, and/or operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical and/or nontechnical projects.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- SQL, Microsoft, Excel desirable.
