**Job Overview**

Marriott International, Inc. is a hospitality leader seeking an experienced Laundry Specialist to join our team at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.

**Salary:** $30000 - $45000 per annum (estimated)

**Job Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps. They must also identify stained or damaged items and determine their status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard. In addition, they will inspect the cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place them in clean linen carts. Setting dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in the load is another key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will also remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain traps after each load. Folding cleaned articles into designated sizes, either by hand or using a folding machine, is a crucial task. Maintaining accurate records of items laundered is also essential.
