Job Title: Production Control and Logistics Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control and Logistics Manager to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our production control and logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirement.
- At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
