ESG Leader

**Job Summary:**

Lopez Tamayo Consultores is seeking a highly skilled ESG Leader to join our team in San Andrés Cholula, Puebla. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Group ESG Manager with global ESG topics and projects, as well as driving local Mexican ESG initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the Group ESG Manager in implementing and operationalizing the company's global ESG strategy and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of a uniform ESG group reporting system, including preparing group and local reports and monitoring ESG initiatives, measures, and actions.
• Collaborate with the Group ESG Manager to further develop the risk management and internal control system with regard to ESG issues.
• Develop and implement environment and social initiatives, ensuring compliance with law and regulatory requirements in the Mexican location.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Law, or a related discipline.
• Proven analytical and project management skills.
• First-hand experience with sustainability reporting guidelines (GHG Protocol and ISO 14040, ISO 14044).
• Independent, reliable, and flexible, with excellent teamwork skills and experience in a multi-national company.
• Fluency in English (Advanced) (written and oral).
• Possibility of traveling abroad.
