Key Responsibilities
As a Cyber Resilience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate cyber threats.
- Developing and implementing cyber resilience strategies aligned with global industry best practices.
- Aiding in the development of a sustainable High Value Assets program.
- Integrating adversary-based cyber resiliency concepts within the Information Security and IT organization.
- Leveraging Cyber Fusion Center teams to enhance PepsiCo's cyber security posture and resiliency.
- Running queries in Splunk and utilizing ServiceNow and Qualys or similar vulnerability management solutions.
- Supporting Cyber Resilience efforts to build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Organizing daily operations using approved task tracking software.
- Engaging in global communities and Cyber Resilience expert groups to ensure PepsiCo's practices benchmark to best-in-class.
- Producing management-facing communications and reports as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of related IT Security experience with experience in Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or MS Azure.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as Security +, CISM, or CISA.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
