Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to oversee the resources of our Facilities Department. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and Coordinate Resources: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plant Infrastructure Management: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our plant infrastructure, including generators, HVAC systems, compressors, and electrical substations.
- Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Facilities Department.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a related position, with a strong background in plant infrastructure management and preventive maintenance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret civil, electrical, and mechanical plans.
