A Day in the Life of an Administrative Coordinator
Las responsabilidades son las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras relacionadas a la naturaleza del puesto:
- Coordina las actividades administrativas de la oficina;
- Evalúa la producción de oficina e ideas alternativas para mejorar el flujo de trabajo;
- Supervisa la apertura, clasificación y enrutamiento de la correspondencia entrante, correo postal y paquetes salientes;
- Organiza envíos especiales;
- Coordina la recepción, almacenamiento y emisión de papelería y material de oficina;
- Supervisa los inventarios periódicos y reordena los artículos según sea necesario;
- Actúa como el primer punto de contacto para problemas en las instalaciones y registra todos los servicios de mantenimiento, limpieza y oficina/ubicación y refiere los problemas relacionados al personal apropiado;
- Negocia contratos de servicios como limpieza y mantenimiento.
Requirements
- Minimo 4 años de experiencia en actividades administrativas;
- Inglés preferentemente.
