Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Tijuana office. This includes maintaining phone coverage, managing documents, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the Tijuana office
- Provide phone coverage and respond to client inquiries
- Organize and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate activities with the San Diego office
- Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff on various projects

Requirements

- Native fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in an administrative field or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-focused and highly organized work habits
