Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Supply Coordinator to join our team at The Heineken Company. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our product inventory and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control product inventory levels at distribution centers to meet customer service levels, while maintaining freshness standards and optimizing company resources.
  • Manage the supply of finished products to distribution centers, aiming for efficient operation of the primary network in the supply chain.
  • Develop special projects and generate information and indicators for analysis and decision-making.
  • Support the Operations Distribution Management team in topics related to product supply.
  • Lead and manage weekly S&OP meetings, as well as management meetings with Plant and Transport teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
  • Inventory management and shipping experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Desirable: Power BI.
